Cascading Roses & Orchids Wedding Cake

We were happy to create this cake for Paul Teutul Jr. from the reality TV show American Chopper and his wife Rachel, for their wedding at the beautiful Bonnet Island, LBI. . The cake included six tiers of cascading roses & orchids and was covered in ivory fondant and decorated with swiss dots. Cascading roses and orchids swirl down the tiers along with crystals. Blush pink piped pearls surround each tier. Flavors included pink velvet with lemon cream cheese. More photos available at blog.pinkcakebox.com

I don’t generally like cascading flowers on a cake. They’re usually too bulky. This is stunning.
